Certificates (EPCs) for insertion into the Home Information Packs (HIPs).
We can supply you with a stand alone Energy Performance Certificate or a full Home Information Pack.

Once the assessment has been completed your property’s data will be
calculated and the completed certificate would then be forwarded to you
without delay by e-mail or paper copy, by first class post.
If a Hips Pack is ordered this will be sent as soon as searches have been received, including the EPC.
