What is a HIP
A Home Information Pack (HIPs) is a collection of documents compiled for
a specific property.
Hips packs are now a legal requirement in order to market a 3 or more bed
roomed property for sale. They include the following documentation
- Index
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Land Registry- Title and Plan
- Sale Statement (Summarising terms of Sale)
- Local searches and land charges
- Drainage and water searches
- Common hold searches (Where Applicable)
- Leasehold Searches (Where Applicable)
This information is then presented by you to any potential purchasers
Once instructed, 
will immediately apply for all required searches
and arrange for a Domestic Energy Assessment of your property to be undertaken
by one of our own fully Qualified (DEA) Assessors.
This information will be compiled into an Energy Performance Certificate
(EPC) and together with the obtained search results will be assembled into
your Hips pack and sent to you directly.
